Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Siup, operated by Leon Brąś("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Siup provides AI-assisted automations for local service businesses — lead follow-up, lead qualification, and review requests — including drafting and optionally sending emails on your behalf. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or violate anti-spam, marketing, or data-protection laws;
• send messages to people who have not consented or who have unsubscribed;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to break or abuse the Service;
• attempt to access other workspaces' data or circumvent security or usage limits.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the leads and customers whose data you submit, and for honouring their unsubscribe and data-protection rights.

4. Plans, billing & usage

The Free plan includes a monthly run allowance. The Pro plan includes a larger allowance, with additional runs billed as metered overage up to a hard cap. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. AI-generated content

Email drafts and qualifications are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on or sending it.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or to address abuse.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material updates will be communicated by reasonable means.
